PRAYER: Appeal is filed under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records relating to the judgment dated 19.05.2015 in S.C.No.124 of 2014 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge and E.C.Court, Pudukkottai and set aside the same and acquit the appellant by allowing this Criminal Appeal.
