1. These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed, against the fair and decreetal order dated 05.11.2015, made in IA.Nos.128 and 129 of 2015 in IA.No.688 of 2014 in OS.No.66 of 2014, by the Subordinate Judge, Sankari.
2. The facts of the case, in a nutshell, leading to filing of this Civil Revision Petition are as follows:-
(a) The Defendant is the Petitioner herein and the Respondent is the Plaintiff. The suit was filed for recovery of money with interest. The suit was decreed exparte on 30.06.2014. The Defendant has filed IA.No.688 of 2014 to set aside the exparte decree and the said IA was allowed on payment of cost of Rs.250/- to the Plaintiff on or before 07.01.2015. Since the cost was not paid on the due date, the IA was dismissed on 08.01.2015. The Defendant has filed IA.No.128 of 2015 on 16.02.2015 to restore the IA.No.688 of 2014 and IA.No.129 of 2015 on 16.02.2015 to extend the time by one week t
