(Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order made in W.M.P.(MD) No.5443 of 2020 in W.P. (MD) No.6232 of 2020 dated 20.05.2020 on the file of this Court.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Form I notice made in Na.Ka.No. 1823/2019/F1 dated 04.03.2020 as well as the consequential impugned Form II notice made in Na.Ka.No.1823/2019/F1 dated 17.03.2020 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same.
