1. Challenge in this criminal appeal is to the judgment and order dated 28.02.2020 passed in S.C.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore.
2. The appellant, who was the accused in S.C.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore, was convicted and sentenced as under:
