JUDGMENT :

(Prayer: This petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prayed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 24.11.2020 passed by the learned District Munsif, Tiruvotiyur, dismissing I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.4 of 2017 and allow I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.4 of 2017.)

1. The Revision Petition has been filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.4 of 2017 now pending on the field of the District Munsif Court, Tiruvotriyur, questioning the order dated 24.11.2020 in I.A.No.2 of 2020.
