JUDGMENT :
(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the notice of the respondent No.2 to 4 in connection with the notice for closure of the Bricklin Chamber Unit at SF.No.190, 193/2, Maangarai, No.11, Veerapaandi, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore, of the petitioner dated 19.03.2021, and quash the same.)
1. The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of certiorari, to call for the notice dated 19.03.2021, issued by the respondents 2 to 4, in connection with the closure of the petitioner's Bricklin Chamber at SF.No.190, 193/2, Maangarai, No.11, Veerapaandi, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore, and to quash the same.
2. The petitioner is the bricklin owner. He has challenged the impugned order, which is in the form of a general notice dated 19.03.2021, which reads thus :
