JUDGMENT :

1. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.09.2019 in M.C.O.P. No. 102 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court, Hosur.

2. The appellant is the 2nd respondent in M.C.O.P. No. 102 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court, Hosur. The respondents 1 and 2 herein have filed the said claim petition, claiming a sum of Rs. 75,00,000/- as compensation for the death of one Amudhavalli W/o Arumugam, who died in the accident that took place on 20.02.2017.

3. The case in brief, is as follows:

The deceased Amudhavalli, wife of the first respondent was working as a Teacher in Government Middle School at Sappadi, Shoolagiri Taluk.
