(Prayer: Criminal Appeal filed under Sections 374(2), 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the judgment of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul, in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2015, dated 15.05.2017.)
1. The appellant is the sole accused in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2015, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul Tiruchirappalli. He stood charged for the offences under Sections 449, 302 (2 counts), 380, 366(A), 376(2)(i) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and convicted for the offences under Sections 449, 302 (2 counts), 380 and 363 I.P.C. and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The appellant was sentenced to undergo 10 years Rigorous Imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default, to undergo 6 months Imprisonment for the offence under Section 449 I.P.C.; sentenced to undergo Double Life Imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- for each count, in default to undergo six months Imprisonment for each count for the offence under Section 302 (2 counts); sentenced to undergo seven years Rigourous Imprisonment and to
