(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 1st Respondent pertaining to his order in I.D.No.101 of 2001, dated 24.03.2004 and quash the same for a consequential direction, directing the 2nd Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner in service with continuity of service, full backwages and all other attendant benefits.)
1. Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition, seeking to quash the order dated 24.03.2004 passed by the 1st Respondent in I.D.No.101 of 2001 and for a consequential direction to the 2nd Respondent to reinstate him in service with continuity of service, full backwages and all other attendant benefits.
2. According to the Petitioner, he joined the services of the 2nd Respondent/Management as an Assistant Driller on 29.04.1989 and after probation period of six months, his service was confirmed. Thereafter, he was promoted as Driller with the pay scale of Rs.4,500/-.
