JUDGMENT :

(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records of the first respondent ie., the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai relating to his R.C.No.37409/A3/2016 dated 16.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently to direct the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai to post the petitioner as Assistant Accounts Officer for the year 2015-16 within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.)

1. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent, dated 16.08.2016, and to direct the first respondent to post the petitioner as Assistant Accounts Officer for the year 2015-16 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.Visvalingam, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Linga Durai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
