(Prayer: Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the order passed in C.M.P.No.1159 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District and direct the respondent to release the two wheeler ‘Honda DIO Scooty’ bearing Registration No.TN34AA0002 which was seized in connection with the Cr.No.432 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police to the petitioner.)

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 15.09.2021 passed in C.M.P.No.1159 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District and direct the respondent to release the two wheeler ‘Honda DIO Scooty’ bearing Registration No.TN34AA0002 which was seized in connection with the Crime.No.432 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police to the petitioner.
