JUDGMENT :
(Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s complaint/representation dated 30.11.2012.)
1. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s complaint/representation dated 30.11.2012.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the third respondent Company has been issued with license under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956. The learned counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner is an agriculturist and President of the Turmeric Farmers Association of India. Referring to the memorandum of Association of the third respondent company, the petitioner raised several allegations against the third respondent Company for certain violations and the illegalities. Setting out all the allegations, the petitioner submitted a complaint to the second respondent on 30.11.2012. Since no action has been taken by the second respondent, the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.
