(Prayer: Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed on the petitioner, by the judgment dated 10.09.2012 in C.C.No.98 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No. I, Sankari, confirmed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Salem in C.A.No.113 of 2013, by judgment dated 19.08.2014.)
1. This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/second accused, aggrieved by the judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sankari, dated 10.09.2013 in C.C.No.98 of 2012, thereby convicting the accused for an offence under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code and imposing a sentence of two years Simple Imprisonment and for an offence under Section 380 of Indian Penal Code read with Section 34 of I.P.C and sentencing to undergo two years Simple Imprisonment and fine of Rs.4,000/- and in default to undergo six months Simple Imprisonment and the Judgment of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, dated 19.08.2014 in C.A.No.113 of 2013 confirming the same.
