(Prayer: The Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to the judgment in S.C.No.19 of 2009, dated 01.09.2009, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.I, Thoothukudi, and set aside the same and convict the accused persons.)

1. This appeal has been preferred against the judgment of acquittal of all the 12 accused, who stood tried before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.I, Thoothukudi, in S.C.No.19 of 2009, for the offences under Section 120-B of I.P.C. against Accused Nos.1 to 12; Section 148 of I.P.C. against Accused Nos.1 to 6 & 8 to 11; Section 341 of I.P.C. against Accused Nos.3 & 4; Section 302 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. against Accused Nos.1, 2, 4 to 6 and 8 to 11; Section 302 read with Section 149 of I.P.C. against Accused No.3; Section 302 read with Section 109 of I.P.C. against Accused No.7; Section 506(ii) of I.P.C. against Accused Nos.1 to 6 & 8 to 11; Section 302 read with Section 120-B of I.P.C. against Accused No.12.
