JUDGMENT

(Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in order No.R.Dis.K1/WRS49/2015 (1995/2015) dated 21.06.2016 and quash them as illegal, incompetent and unconstitutional and further decree to the respondents to issue patta to the petitioners in respect to the land in Survey No.3/1 and others in Madharpakkam Village, Gumidipondi, Thiruvallur District.
