JUDGMENT :

Prayer: Arbitration Original Petition filed under Section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, praying to appoint an Arbitrator to adjudicate and resolve the dispute between the petitioner and respondent in terms of the Construction Agreement dated 31.03.2017.

1. This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for appointment of an Arbitrator under the Construction Agreement dated 31.03.2017, entered into between the petitioner and the respondent.

2. There seems to be some disputes between the parties. There is an Arbitration Clause under the Construction Agreement dated 31.03.2017, which is extracted under:
