JUDGMENT :
(Prayer: C-32B.For Bail in Crime No.137 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.)
1. The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 was arrested on 09/07/2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii)(c), 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.137 of 2021, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 14/04/2021 at about 09.15 am, on receiving secret information, the respondent police went to Vaigai Vadamarai Road, old Debris building Mathina Mosques at about 10.15 am, they had seen some persons standing near the said building and after search, the respondent police team found the accused 1 and 2 were in possession of 30 kgs of ganja. Hence, the complaint.
3. Heard both sides.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would straightaway rely upon the bail, that was granted by this court in respect of the co-accused/A5 namely Baskaran in Crl.OP(MD)No.6185 of 2022, dated 09/05/2022 and would contend that this petitioner is also similarly placed person and except the confession statement of the co-accused, no other material has been collected during the course of investigation by the police.
