Prayer: Transfer CMP is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2021, on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Villupuram and transfer the same to the Hon'ble Family Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnised on 15.07.2020 as per the Hindu Rites and Customs. Due to misunderstanding, the petitioner and the respondent are living separately. The respondent/husband has filed H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2021 for divorce on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Villupuram. The petitioner is unemployed and she is residing along with her parents at Thiruvannamalai and depending on them for her livelihood. Therefore, she is not in a position to spend, travel and contest the case filed by the respondent in HMOP No.108 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Villupuram.
