(PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to give police protection to conduct “Kulatheiva Valipaatu Peruvilaa” and perform pooja in a peaceful manner which is scheduled to be held from 03.03.2023 to 06.03.2023 in “Mayan Kulam Arulmigu Periya Andavar Pudavikari Koil” in view of the petitioners representation dated 27.01.2023 by appreciating the above stated facts.)

This petition is filed for seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 herein to give police protection to conduct “Kulatheiva Valipaatu Peruvilaa” and perform pooja in a peaceful manner which is scheduled to be held from 03.03.2023 to 06.03.2023 in “Mayan Kulam Arulmigu Periya Andavar Pudavikari Koil” in view of the petitioners representation dated 27.01.2023
