JUDGMENT :

Prayer: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the judgment and decree passed by the Fast Track Court, Dindigul Court in A.S.No.38 of 2010 on 29.04.2011, confirm the judgment and decree of Trial Court in O.S.No.149 of 2009 dated 06.07.2010 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul.

These Second Appeals have been filed challenging the judgment and decree of the Fast Track Court, Dindigul dated 29.04.2011 passed in A.S.Nos.38 and 39 of 2010.
