1. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant/fifth respondent/insurance company, challenging the compensation awarded on certain counts by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District in M.C.O.P.No.75 of 2015 dated 13.10.2017.

2. This Cross Objection has been filed by the appellants/petitioners/claimants, challenging the compensation awarded on certain counts by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District in M.C.O.P.No.75 of 2015 dated 13.10.2017.
