1. The appellant has filed this Criminal Appeal against the order of acquittal in Criminal Appeal No.34 of 2014, dated 27.09.2015 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri at Hosur and by confirming the conviction imposed in the judgment dated 09.06.2014 made in S.T.C.No.224 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, FTC, Hosur.

2. The complainant in S.T.C.No.224 of 2013 is the appellant herein.

3. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their ranking before the trial Court.
