JUDGMENT :

R.K. Dash, J. - Heard. It is strenuously contended by the Petitioner's counsel that the Petitioner being poor could not be able to arrange huge amount of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited as cash security, as ordered by this Court on 30-1-1996, to get himself released from custody Keeping in view the submission, the order dated 30-1-1996 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall be released on his furnishing bond of Rs. 50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Kuchinda, in G.R. Case No. 231-A of 1994.

2. The Misc. Case is disposed of.

3. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted in course of the day on proper application.

Final Result : Dismissed
