JUDGMENT

S.K. Sahoo, J. - I.A. No. 2192 of 2022

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

2. This is an application for extension of the interim bail order dated 09.09.2022..

3. While disposing of the bail application as per order dated 09.09.2022, the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of three months.

4. Grounds have been taken that the petitioner has been hospitalized in Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar on 06.12.2022 and his treatment would be prolonged and the interim bail order would expire on 12.12.2022. Medical documents of the Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar have been annexed to the interim application.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, the interim bail order, which is supposed to expire on 12.12.2022, is extended till 2nd January 2023.

I.A. stands disposed of.

6. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules in course of the day.
