JUDGMENT

Dr. S.K. Panigrahi, J. - This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner in this CRLMP seeks a direction of this Court to the authorities to execute the order of N.B.W. issued on 07.04.2022 by the learned J.M.F.C. (City), Cuttack in I.C.C. No.175 of 2020 for the alleged offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits on instruction that in the meantime, the N.B.W. has already been executed by the authorities and the accused has been arrested.

5. In such view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

6. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

7. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
