Judgment

1. Prayer in this petition is, for grant of anticipatory bail in case fir No.117 dated 19.6.2006, registered under Sections 420,406,120-B of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Mahilpur, Distt. Hoshiarpur. After addressing arguments for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to surrender before the trial Court. He further prays that an order be passed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court, his application for regular bail be considered and decided, within a fixed period.

2. Dismissed as withdrawn. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a week from today, his application for regular bail shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law, within a week of his being taken into custody. Copy of this order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
