Judgment

1. Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in case fir No.24 dated 12.3.2006, registered under Sections 452,427,323,324,326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, distt. Gurdaspur. Counsel for the petitioner contends that inadvertently Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code has been omitted from the title of the case, as also the prayer clause.

2. Vide order of this Court dated 27.4.2006, it was directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner, she shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions enumerated therein. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has joined investigation, therefore, her custodial interrogation is not required. Counsel for the State of Punjab, on instructions from Head constable Sukhwinder Singh, Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, Distt. Gurdaspur, does not deny the aforementioned fact and states that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of what has been stated above, the order of this Court dated 27.4.2006 is made absolute, subject to the provisions of Sec.438 of the Cr. P. C.
