K. P. S. Sandhu, J.

1. Tbree brothers, namely, Jaswant Singh, Hardevinder Singh and Harbans Singh and one Virsa Singh stand convicted and sentenced as under:

(1) Jaswant Singh appellant was convicted and sentenced to five yearst rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.500. in default further six months rigorous imprisonment, under Sec.307 of the Indian Penal Code, to two years rigorous imprisonment under Sec.326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and to one years rigorous imprisonment under Sec.324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Harbans Singh appellant was convicted and sentenced to three years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.400, in default further six monthst rigorous imprisonment, under Sec.307/34 of Indian Penal Code, to two years rigorous imprisonment under Sec.326 of the Indian Penal Code and to one years rigorous imprisonment under Sec.324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) Hardevinder Singh appellant was convicted and sentenced to three years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.400, in default further six monthst rigorous imprisonment, under Sec.307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, to two years rigorous imprisonment under Sec.326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and to one
