S. S. SARON, J.

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The allegations against the petitioner are that she gave a kassi blow on the waist of Vikas, complainant. Besides the petitioner gave a push to Shashi Chauhan, the mother of the complainant, who fell on the ground. The petitioner is also alleged to have caught hold Brij Bhushan (deceased)father of the complainant, when he came out of the room and Gulshan kumar, the husband of the petitioner, gave dagger blow to Brij Bhushan in his abdomen on account of which Brij Bhushan fell down and became unconscious.

2. After giving my thoughtful consideration to the matter, it may be noticed that the FIR in the case was registered on 10.11.2006. Substantial number of witnesses are yet to be examined. Besides it is a case of free fight and the petitioner herself suffered injuries on her person. The injuries attributed on the waist of the complainant Vikas is not shown to be there in the medicolegal report (Annexure P2) relating to Vikas complainant. The petitioner is also stated to be having a minor child aged about six years. No injury has been attributed to the petitioner on the person of the deceased Brij Bhushan. The role as
