Judgment

1. Appellant plaintiff filed a suit for declaration with a prayer that the order passed by the apex Court in Civil Appeal No.529-40 of 1982 be declared null and void as no instructions were given by him to his counsel to make any concession. Suit was dismissed. Appellant also failed in appeal. Both the Courts below by taking note of order passed by the Collector and order of the HON BLE Supreme Court on August 11, 1987, came to a conclusion that no case was made out to set aside order challenged by the appellant. Dismissed.
