K.S.Garewal, J.

1. This is a case of cultivating opium poppy on one kanal six marlas of land. However, there are certain gray areas in this case as regards the ownership of the crop, the quantity and value of the crop, ownership of the land and whether it was in possession of the petitioner or not. It is not clear as to who is the owner of the crop.

2. The petitioner has been in custody for over a year. Further detention is not warranted. Petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing adequate surety to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
