V.M.Jain, J.

1. Accused petitioner has filed the application for anticipatory bail in respect of FIR No. 165 dated 11.7.2000 under Sections 307/34 IPC. After issuing notice of motion to the State of Punjab, the petitioner was ordered to be released on anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 28.9.2000.

2. The petitioner has again filed application for incorporating the offence under Section 304-B IPC in the heading of the petition as also in the order dated 28.9.2000 passed by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the State of Punjab has submitted that Smt. Gurdip Kaur, deceased had expired on 16.8.2000 and on the same date the offence under Sections 307/34 IPC was converted into the offence under Section 304-B IPC.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the record, it is directed that the anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.9.2000 shall be read in respect of the offence under Section 304-B IPC.
