N.C.Khichi, J.

1. Heard. Hardeep Kaur appellant No.2 who is the mother-in-law of the deceased has already undergone two and a half years of actual sentence awarded to her.

2. The appeal is not likely to be heard in the near future due to heavy rush of work. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, and also in view of the observations made by the Honble Supreme Court in Bhagwan Rama Shinde Gosai and others v. State of Gujarat, JT 1999(4) SC 1 [1999(2) All India Criminal Law Reporter 456 (SC)], the sentence awarded to Hardeep Kaur appellant No.2 is suspended during the pendency of this appeal on her furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of CJM Ludhiana. Petition allowed.
