3. The petitioners, Rekha Sethi and her father H.L. Sethi, mother Uma Sethi and brother Rakesh Sethi have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (‘Cr.P.C.’ - for short) for quashing the complaint dated 26.9.2000 (Annexure-P.1) titled Deepak Chadha v. Rekha Sethi and others pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh and the summoning order dated 25.3.2005 (Annexure-P.2) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh and all proceedings arising out of the said complaint. The petitioners have been summoned in pursuance of the impugned order dated 25.3.2005 (Annexure-P.2) for the offences under Sections 499 and 500 of the
