Sethi, mother Uma Sethi and brother Rakesh Sethi have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (‘Cr.P.C.’ - for short) for quashing the complaint dated 26.9.2000 (Annexure-P.1) titled Deepak Chadha v. Rekha Sethi and others pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh and the summoning order dated 25.3.2005 (Annexure-P.2) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh and all proceedings arising out of the said complaint.
