Mahesh Grover, J.:-This judgment will dispose of Regular Second Appeal no.1130 of 1989 as well.

2. The plaintiff is in Regular Second Appeal against the judgment of the learned Addl. District Judge, Patiala hereinafter referred to as the ‘first appellate court’) dated 31.1.1989 by which the judgment of the learned trial court dated 22.12.1984 was reversed resulting in the dismissal of the suit filed by the plaintiff-appellant.
