JUDGMENT

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Garg, J.: (Oral) - This is a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of alleged compromise.

2. It is not in dispute that petitioner No.4 is a proclaimed offender. Vide order dated 19.1.2012, the SSP, Hoshiarpur was directed to apprehend Baljit Singh-petitioner No.4 and produce him before the competent Court.

3. Mr. D.S. Mann, AAG, Punjab, on instructions from Head Constable Paramjit Singh, has stated before this Court that Baljit Singh petitioner No.4 is not residing in the country and is a proclaimed offender and the necessary action is being taken to bring the aforesaid PO before the competent Court.

4. Since this petition for quashing of FIR has been filed on behalf of a proclaimed offender, who is not submitting to the jurisdiction of the Court, this petition is dismissed.
