JUDGMENT

Mr. Jitendra Chauhan, J. (Oral):- The husband has filed the present application, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transferring the petition titled “Sunil Kumar v. Mamta Devi” under section 13 (i), (i-a) and (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short the ‘Act’) from the Court of the District Judge, Rewari, to the court of competent jurisdiction at Rohtak.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that marriage between the parties was solemnized on 4.12.2004. He further submits that from the inception of the marriage, the respondent-wife misbehaved with the husband and his family members. She is a quarrelsome lady and always used to spoil the atmosphere of the family on petty issues. She used to leave the matrimonial home without informing the husband. Ultimately in January 2007, she left the matrimonial home and took with her all the gold ornaments and valuable articles. She started living with her parents at Rewari. A false complaint was made in the Women Crime Cell against the applicant. The matter was compromised between the parties and husband returned all the dowry articles and amount spent on marriage to the wife.
