Mr. Ram Chand Gupta, J. (Oral) - The present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR No.19 dated 4.2.2012 under Sections 452, 323, 324, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Roopnagar, District Roopnagar.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record including the impugned order passed by learned Sessions Judge, Ropar dismissing anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioners.
3. This Court while issuing notice of motion on 29.3.2012 passed the following order:-
“Crl.M.No.18577 of 2012
Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions.
Crl.M.No.M-8865 of 2012
Contends that no specific injury has been attributed to present petitioners. It is also contended that it is a case of version and cross-version and even as per version in the FIR, scuffle had taken between the parties and both the parties sustained injuries.
