The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 30.7.2010, Annexure P3, passed by learned District Judge, Sangrur, vide which application filed by petitioner under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter to be referred as `the Code') for transfer of petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter to be referred as `the Act') by respondent-husband against present petitioner from Maler kotla to any other competent Court at Barnala was dismissed.
7. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record carefully including the impugned order passed by learned District Judge, Sangrur.
