ORDER

V.M. Jain, J. - This order shall dispose of the above mentioned two petitions bearing Crl. M. Nos. 15101-M and 15103-M of 2000 seeking anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 323/326 and 34 Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, the grievous hurt on the person of the injured is not attributed to any of the two petitioners.

2. After hearing the counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is directed that in case of arrest of the petitioners, in this case they shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on their furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. It is further directed that the petitioners shall join investigation, shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, and shall not leave India without the prior permission of the court.

Petition allowed.
