N. C. Khichi, J. - Heard.

The appellant has already undergone more than 3 years of sentence. The appeal is not likely to be taken up for hearing in the near future due to heavy rush of work. In view of the observations made by Honble Supreme Court in Bhagwan Rama Shinde Gosai & ors. v. State of Gujarat, JT 1999(4) SC 1, the remaining sentence awarded to the appellant shall remain suspended during the pendency of appeal on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of CJM, Bhatinda.

Application allowed.
