Mr. Ram Chand Gupta, J.:- The present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.87, dated 14.3.2013, under Sections 498-A, 406, 323 IPC, registered at Police Station SGM Nagar, Faridabad, District Faridabad.
2. I have heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and have gone through the whole record carefully, including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, vide which application filed on behalf of the present petitioners for anticipatory bail was dismissed.
3. Briefly stated marriage of complainant Sarika Narang was performed with Chetan Narang, co-accused, as per Hindu rites and ceremonies at Claridges Hotel, Surajkund Road, Faridabad, on 3.11.2011. Present petitioners -accused are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. There are allegations that complainant used to be tortured physically as well as mentally by petitioners and other family members on account of dowry.
