JUDGMENT

Mr. Ram Chand Gupta, J. (Oral) - The present revision petition has been filed against the judgment dated 02.11.2012 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana dismissing appeal filed by the present petitioners-convicts against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 18.03.2008 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jagraon in complaint No.90/1 of 20.03.1996 vide which petitioners-convicts were convicted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code (for short ‘IPC’) and sentenced as under:-

U/S 420 IPC Rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years each and to pay a fine of Rs.1000 each. In default of payment of fine, to further undergo simple imprisonment for one month each.

U/S 467 IPC Rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years each and to pay a fine of Rs.1000 each. In default of payment of fine, to further undergo simple imprisonment for one month each.

U/S 468 IPC Rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years each and to pay a fine of Rs.1000 each. In default of payment of fine, to further undergo simple imprisonment for one month each.

U/S 471 IPC Rigorous imprisonment for a period of two yea
