JUDGMENT

Mr. R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral):- Petitioner seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 72 dated 14.07.2013 for offences under Sections 364-A, 307, 171, 506, 148, 149 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Doraha, District Ludhiana.

2. The story of the prosecution is that two persons, namely; Munish Kumar and Him Lal were abducted by seven persons on 13.07.2013. The names of those seven persons are; Gurarpan Singh, Himmat Singh, Sonu Chourasiya, Toni, Amit Kumar, Dipal Basi and Sahl Chandel.

3. The role attributed to the petitioner is that he prepared fake driving licence of co-accused Gurarpan Singh and on the basis of that fake driving licence SIM card were issued by co accused, who are the main abductor.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2013 and it will take time in conclusion of the trial.

5. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
