JUDGMENT :

Hari Pal Verma, J.

Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner by summoning her in the Police Station.

Along with the petition, the petitioner has filed copy of a complaint dated 18.3.2016 (Annexure P-2) made by Contact Bridge IT Enabled Services Private Limited through its Deputy Director Capt. Sharanjit Kaur Minhas. As per the said complaint, the complainant had engaged service of a Call Vendor named “Callbox” etc. for advertising the service of the complainant, who raised invoices to the complainant. The petitioner, namely, Caroline Redden was appointed as Consultant In Charge in the complainant-company. The allegations against the petitioner are that she along with other co-accused had changed the login details of the software & tools used for the tech support process and had not handed over the same to the complainant-company despite repeated reminders.

Therefore, the petitioner and other co-accused have committed breach of trust by using the precious invaluable data owned by the complainant-company.
