Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner by summoning her in the Police Station.
Along with the petition, the petitioner has filed copy of a complaint dated 18.3.2016 (Annexure P-2) made by Contact Bridge IT Enabled Services Private Limited through its Deputy Director Capt.
