The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant-Insurance Company against the award dated 25.02.2016, passed by learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Panchkula (hereinafter called the “Tribunal”), vide which respondents-claimants No.1 to 4 have been awarded compensation to the tune of Rs.16,85,728/- on account of death of Kuldeep Singh alias Kuldeep Kumar alias Chhota in the motor vehicular accident which took place on 26.08.2014.
