1. Prayer is under section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of FIR No. 361 dated 08.06.2015 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 365, 342, 467, 468, 471, 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code (Section 465 IPC added later on and Sections 468 and 471 IPC dropped) registered with Police Station Sadar, Bhiwani and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 27.03.2016 (Annexure P-2).
2. The allegations of the complainant Ajay Yadav are that the petitioner along with co-accused had kidnapped the complainant for non payment of the installment of loan taken by him and had got affixed his signatures on some documents under threat and coercion whereby his Ford Car was got transferred in the name of the petitioner-Vinay Pilania, who happened to be a Advocate.
3. Upon notice of motion parties were given liberty to approach the learned Illaqa Magistrate by making appropriate application for getting their statements recorded in terms of the compromise and who shall submit its report regarding the genuineness of the compromise.
4. Report (Mark-A) in the shape of letter dated 19.05.2016 of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhiwan
