1. Common facts in all the above captioned appeals in which the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (for short-the Tribunal), Mewat at Nuh and Palwal are under challenge, have been discussed by the Tribunal, Mewat in para 2 of the award as follows:-
