JUDGMENT :

MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J.

1. Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.634 dated 20.12.2017, under Sections 323, 325, 341, 427, 148, 149 & 506 IPC and Section 3(2) of the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'SC/ST Act'), registered at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra.

2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that in pursuance of order dated 01.03.2018, the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.

3. The above factual position is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Baljeet Singh, by submitting that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required in this case.

4. In view of above, the interim order dated 01.03.2018 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed off.
