JUDGMENT :

MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J.

1. This order shall dispose off the aforesaid eight criminal revisions, filed by the present petitioner against the impugned judgments dated 03.10.2017, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Faridabad, vide which eight separate appeals filed by the present petitioner were dismissed and affirmed the judgments and orders of conviction and sentence dated 21.04.2016 and 29.04.2016, respectively, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad, whereby the petitioner has been convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for short 'N.I. Act') and sentenced in the following terms:-
